CERTIFIED PARTNERS MATTERS

We are committed to reduce and avoid emissions wherever possible. We want to raise the awareness for things that matter and we like to make the world a more sustainable place by reducing the use of virgin plastics.

The resources from recycling are unlimited, together with our partners we actively contribute to a better planet. Good quality also means that production meets high ethical standards and all of our partner factories are committed to the following certifications;

RECYCLED CLAIM STANDARD (RCS)

The Recycled Claim Standard (RCS) is used as a chain of custody standard to track recycled raw materials through the supply chain. The GRS/RCS logo ensures the materials used in the product are genuinely recycled.

GLOBAL RECYCLE STANDARD (GRS)

The Global Recycled Standard (GRS) is a voluntary product standard for tracking and verifying the content of recycled materials in a final product.

The standard applies to the full supply chain and addresses traceability, environmental principles, social requirements, chemical content and labelling.

FOREST STEWARDSHIP COUNCIL® (FSC®)

FSC® forest management certification confirms that the forest is being managed in a way that preserves biological diversity and benefits the lives of local people and workers, while ensuring it sustains economic viability.

FSC® certified forests have earned their reputation for environmental credibility, protection, healthy forestry, social engagement and the prevention of illegal forestation.

OEKO-TEX®

If a textile article carries the STANDARD 100 label, you can be certain that every component of this article has been tested for harmful substances and that the article therefore is harmless for human health. In many cases the STANDARD 100 goes beyond national and international requirements.

BUSINESS SOCIAL COMPLIANCE INITIATIVE (BSCI)

The SOUPR factories are accredited by BSCI, the European social monitoring system for ethical sourcing established by the Foreign Trade Association. It unites companies globally around one shared code of conduct based on the work guidelines of the International Labour Organisation and the UN Charter for Human Rights, among other universal guidelines. This third-party verification confirms the right factory’s compliance with labor laws, employee health, and safety and environmental initiatives.

GOTS

The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is the worldwide leading textile processing standard for organic fibres, including ecological and social criteria, backed up by independent third-party certification of the entire textile supply chain.

GOTS certified final products may include fibre products, yarns, fabrics, clothes and bags. Having one common standard means textile processors and manufacturers can export their fabrics with one organic certification that is accepted in all major markets. This transparency also gives consumers the power to choose truly organic products sourced from green supply chains.
